Weddings at City Hall in San Francisco are fascinating to watch as the bride and groom make their way to the final steps. Is it love or just a process?

The first couple made it to the bottom of the steps, relieved. Because it’s over or because they are happily married for, like, ever? You tell me.

The second couple is caught in the process. Photos, selfies, Asians with video cameras — all capturing their “special” moment.
